4J80 Non-Magnetic Controlled Expansion Alloy is engineered for applications demanding precise thermal stability and non-magnetic properties. Featuring a balanced composition of molybdenum, tungsten, copper, and iron, this non magnetic alloy offers a controlled linear expansion coefficient of 12.7–13.6 × 10⁻⁶/°C across 25°C to 600°C. With a low magnetic permeability of ≤1.263, 4J80 is ideal for non-magnetic sealing parts in electronic devices and vacuum or edge welding of high alumina ceramics, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive environments.
