Heat Treatment

(1) Bar, Plate (Hot-rolled, Hot forging)

Solution process: Heating temperature 970℃; Holding 15min; Water quenched.

Aging process: Heating temperature 730℃; Holding 240min; Furnace cooling below 300℃ and discharge.

(2) Strip

Aging process: Heating temperature 700℃; Holding 240min; Push the furnace cooled quickly; Long average temperature furnace cooling.

(3) Wire

Aging process: Heating temperature 630℃; Holding 240min; Push the furnace cooled quickly; Long average temperature furnace cooling.
