3J1 is a kind of iron-nickel-chromium austenitic precipitation hardening high-elastic alloy. After solution treatment it has good ductility, low hardness and is easy processing. After solution or cold deformation and then aging treatment, it can achieve high mechanical properties and elastic properties. Such alloy has high strength, high elastic modulus, and smaller anelasticity and elastic hysteresis, weakly magnetic, good corrosion resistance and thermal stability characteristics. It can be used at higher temperatures, larger stress or corrosive media conditions. Similar alloy's names in different standards:

Aging process: Heating temperature 730℃; Holding 240min; Furnace cooling below 300℃ and discharge.
