BEIYE 4J78 Non-Magnetic Controlled Expansion Alloy is specially formulated for applications requiring precise dimensional stability and minimal magnetic interference. With a molybdenum-rich composition and a low magnetic permeability of ≤1.263, 4J78 non magnetic alloy is ideal for non-magnetic sealing parts in electronic devices and vacuum seal welding of high alumina ceramics. Its controlled thermal expansion coefficient of 12.1–13.0 × 10⁻⁶/°C (25°C–600°C) ensures reliable performance in demanding environments.
